At Horze, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your customer account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are clean and free of horse hair.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the returns portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our stable warehouse inspects the items.
